Creating cutting-edge customer experiences in today’s world of digital possibilities and human connection is what drives us. We concentrate on transforming and capturing the performance of customer journeys as well as integrating AI-based and interpersonal touchpoints – against the background of latest psychological insights.</p><p style=\"line-height:150%;\">We examine topics of practical relevance revolving around customer experience and do so cooperating with a network of leading companies. Our teaching represents a modern perspective on consumer psychology as the background for providing successful customer journeys and for creating service excellence and customer loyalty. This approach is reflected in our course module <em>Strategizing Customer Impact: The Psychological Roadmap to Successful Marketing</em>, consisting of the two classes <em>Consumer Psychology: Solving the Black-Box Mystery</em> and <em>Nurturing Customer Relationships: The Winning Formula of Marketing</em>. </p><p style=\"line-height:150%;\">This is a <strong><em>67% position</em></strong>, starting on <strong><em>September 1, 2026 or later</em></strong>. Joining our team, there will be an emphasis on supporting your dissertation research. Because we frequently use the <em>Zoom</em> platform for team meetings, we provide regular opportunities to coordinate working out of one’s home office.</p>"
