Our integrated in-house capabilities span strategy, creative, design, content, technology, and activation.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">The Role</span><br>We’re seeking a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Senior Designer </span>to deliver world-class design and craft for our global clients. This is a unique opportunity for a design visionary who’s equally fluent in static and motion design - someone who thrives at the intersection of brand identity, storytelling, and dynamic digital experiences.</p>\n<p><br>As a creative designer, you’ll create and deliver the vision for visual design excellence - elevating work across campaigns, brand systems, content, activations, and digital experiences. You’ll inspire clients to embrace bold, strategically grounded ideas that are emotionally resonant and visually unforgettable - work that moves audiences and drives real impact. While motion design isn’t the core focus of the role, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">experience bringing design to life through animation or motion is a strong plus</span>.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Creative &amp; Craft</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop brand systems, campaign aesthetics, and visual identities from concept to execution</li>\n<li>Champion excellence in visual design across brand touchpoints: print, digital, DOOH, social, and activations</li>\n<li>Bring static creative to life when needed through motion, animation, or dynamic content</li>\n<li>Explore creative innovation using emerging tools and technologies such as AI (e.g. Midjourney), motion tools, and 3D software</li>\n<li>Stay ahead of design and culture trends, making recommendations towards what’s next</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Motion &amp; Hybrid Execution (Not mandatory but will set you apart)</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Apply motion thinking to enhance design systems and storytelling where relevant</li>\n<li>Contribute to brand videos, UI motion, or social animations when projects require it</li>\n<li>Collaborate with motion specialists and production partners to ensure cohesive execution</li>\n<li>Experience with tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D (or Blender), or Figma motion plugins is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Team &amp; Project Leadership</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead projects from briefing through final delivery, ensuring innovation, quality, and efficiency</li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with creative directors, strategists, producers, and developers to deliver cohesive brand experiences</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategic &amp; Client Engagement</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate client briefs and brand strategy into impactful design solutions</li>\n<li>Present creative work confidently, articulating rationale with clarity and passion</li>\n<li>Identify new channels, formats, and platforms to unlock unexpected expressions of brand storytelling</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven craft in visual design, ideally within an agency setting</li>\n<li>Experience with motion or animation is a plus, but not essential</li>\n<li>Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and familiarity with motion/3D tools such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, or Blender</li>\n<li>Strong portfolio of brand identities, design systems, campaigns, and digital experiences</li>\n<li>Sharp eye for detail, storytelling, and emotional resonance through design</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of digital platforms, social formats, and production workflows</li>\n<li>Calm, collaborative, and organised team member who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment</li>\n<li>Curiosity, ambition, and a future-facing mindset</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join Akcelo?</span></p>\n<p>Over the last five years we smashed the ceilings created by established agencies and created some larger than life campaigns, innovative retail-tech solutions, threw some epic events, and besides happy clients, we took home the B&amp;T Agency of the Year, Mumbrella’s Experiential Agency of the Year, and a number of APAC Effies.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>And we are just getting started.
