You’ll lead electrical design from concept through construction on projects that matter — healthcare facilities, mission‑critical environments, higher‑education campuses, and complex commercial buildings.</p>\n<p>This is a role for someone who enjoys solving challenging problems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring the next generation of engineers. If you’re passionate about designing resilient, intelligent, future‑ready systems, you’ll feel right at home here.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead electrical system design for lighting, power distribution, and specialty systems across diverse project types.</li>\n <li>Produce high‑quality construction documents, drawings, and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.</li>\n <li>Partner with architects, interior designers, civil engineers, and other disciplines to deliver fully integrated solutions.</li>\n <li>Guide junior engineers through mentorship, technical reviews, and knowledge sharing.</li>\n <li>Engage with clients, participate in project meetings, and present design concepts with clarity and confidence.</li>\n <li>Support business development through proposal input, scope development, and fee estimates.</li>\n <li>Conduct field investigations, review shop drawings, respond to RFIs, and provide construction‑phase support.</li>\n <li>Stay current with industry standards and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Need to Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience in building electrical design</li>\n <li>Active Professional Engineer (PE) license</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code and power system fundamentals</li>\n <li>Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and PDF markup tools</li>\n <li>Experience with SKM and/or EasyPower</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines</li>\n <li>A proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset</li>\n <li>Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Bonus Points</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design‑Build project experience</li>\n <li>Medium‑voltage design experience</li>\n <li>Lightning protection system design</li>\n <li>LEED accreditation</li>\n <li>Experience with AGI32 or ElumTools</li>\n <li>Familiarity with telecommunications, security, AV, intercom, and other special systems&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:27pt\">The approximate compensation range for this position&nbsp;$109,179- $189,139 per year. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
