Create and manage work orders that comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies while maximizing the use of internal resources. Work with internal stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, maintenance technicians, and department heads, to develop the scope of maintenance requirements and ensure effective communication and coordination of maintenance activities. Monitor the progress of maintenance projects and ensure they are completed on time and within scope. Maintain accurate records of all planned maintenance activities. Audit existing maintenance records for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
