          "text": "<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Intern to join our team the Summer 2025! The ideal candidate will be a sophomore (or higher) student with a strong understanding of Maintenance principles and processes.</p><ul><li><strong>Assist Methods and Reliability&#xa0;Maintenance Teams with preventative maintenance tasks:</strong>&#xa0;This could involve activities like PM task steps, spare parts, manuals/drawing organization, etc.</li><li><strong>Learn and understand basic troubleshooting procedures for various equipment:</strong>&#xa0;This may involve shadowing experienced technicians,&#xa0;observing equipment operation,&#xa0;and learning how to identify and diagnose common issues.</li><li><strong>Support with minor repairs under the guidance of experienced engineers &amp; technicians:</strong>&#xa0;This could involve tasks such as replacing parts,&#xa0;assisting with equipment disassembly/reassembly,&#xa0;and performing basic repairs following instructions.</li><li><strong>Maintain accurate records on assigned tasks and completed repairs:</strong>&#xa0;This typically involves logging completed tasks,&#xa0;recording observations,&#xa0;and updating maintenance documentation.</li><li><strong>Research technical information and safety procedures:</strong>&#xa0;This may involve studying technical manuals,&#xa0;researching online resources,&#xa0;and attending safety training sessions.</li><li><strong>Assist with maintenance inventory organization and management:</strong>&#xa0;This could involve tasks like organizing tools and supplies,&#xa0;preparing materials for upcoming maintenance tasks,&#xa0;and maintaining inventory records.</li><li><strong>Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols as outlined by the company:</strong>&#xa0;This includes following proper personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines,&#xa0;practicing safe work habits,&#xa0;and reporting any safety concerns.</li><li><strong>Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to continuous improvement.</strong></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
