Performs a variety of other related tasks following standard policies and procedures.</p><p>&nbsp;Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>1. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Directs dishwashing/cleaning operations and performs and/or delegates tasks such as tray stripping: loading, unloading, and operating dishwasher; pot and pan washing; cleaning of kitchen &nbsp;equipment, carts and other equipment used in food production and service as well as in cleaning operations.</p><p>&nbsp;2. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Directs and monitors workflow to and from dishwasher to maintain an even flow of used dishes, trays, silverware, etc., through the various cleaning operations and checks for bottlenecks and &nbsp;overloads.</p><p>&nbsp;3. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Directs and monitors workflow of all unit dining areas and operations and/or delegates tasks such as tray assembly, serving, loading and distributions.</p><p>&nbsp;4. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Schedules all dietary aides and cafeteria servers.</p><p>&nbsp;5. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Assists with care and maintenance of department equipment and supplies.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;6. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Maintains department records, reports and files as required.</p><p>&nbsp;7. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Assigns personnel to various workstations according to schedules. &nbsp;Orients, trains and evaluates work performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions.</p><p>&nbsp;8. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Attends meetings as required. &nbsp;Participates in in-service programs.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;Qualifications:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Education: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;High School or GED</p><p>Experience: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3-5 years experience as a Food Service Worker</p><p>Licensure: &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; N/A</p><p>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:</p><p>Ability to work in a team. &nbsp;Interpersonal, written and organizational skills. &nbsp;Personal computer skills</p><p>&nbsp;#Wallingford</p></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n<br/>Evening Shift / 8hrs/wk",
