Overview Position: Regional Patient Service Specialist Location: This position will require travel to different locations. Locations listed below: Chardon Mentor South Russell Mayfield Village Solon Willoughby Hills Euclid Cleveland Heights Home Clinic: NovaCare Willoughby Hills, 34600 Chardon Rd Unit 8, Willoughby Hills, OH 44094 Type of Employment: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday Compensation: $15.00-$18.00/hour pending experience When patients enter our outpatient physical therapy centers , we want them to have an exceptional experience – starting at the front desk. That’s where you come in. As a patient service specialist, you’ll manage both the patient side and the business side of our center. Don’t underestimate the impact you can make on every patient’s care experience, even before they leave the waiting room. Join our East Side Physical Therapy Team! This position will support our 7 Clinics throughout the Suburbs of Cleveland. Working with Novacare is the perfect place to have a career in the Medical Field.
