Let’s shape the future—together.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with design and construction meetings</li>\n <li>Prepare progress reports</li>\n <li>Assist with RFI’s, and  submittals</li>\n <li>Reviews estimates, negotiates, and processes change orders</li>\n <li>Coordinate project and contract schedules</li>\n <li>Maintain job record files</li>\n <li>Participate in progress meetings, generating meeting minutes</li>\n <li>Assist in field inspections and verify work is performed in accordance with plans and specifications</li>\n <li>Assist Project Manager with administrative support</li>\n</ul>\n<h2></h2>\n<p><strong>What you’ll bring to our firm:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field</li>\n <li>8 years’ of related experience</li>\n <li>E-builder experience</li>\n <li>Able to read and interpret construction documents and shop drawings</li>\n <li>Excellent oral and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Must possess a driver’s license</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p>The salary range for this role is <strong>$100,000 - $130,000</strong>.
