    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Job Overview</u></strong></p><p>The purpose of this position is to support and execute the marketing &amp; sales strategies for both new and existing product categories on domestic and international online marketplaces by reaching and engaging consumers through digital commerce.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities</u></strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Execute the overarching strategy of the online retail marketplaces for the Tweezerman and the Tweezerman Pet collection. This includes adding and removing products, merchandising, product information, promotions, inventory management, content related news, videos, events, recruitment, press, etc. as needed.</li><li>Oversee the go-to-market calendar to ensure on-site activations are being completed in a timely manner including product copy, banners, images, new product launches, item set-ups and that everything is compliant by retailer.&nbsp;</li><li>Own the end-to-end process of drop ship account set ups including account communication and internal account set-ups.&nbsp;</li><li>Communicate proper account set ups internally to ensure cross-functional collaboration across IT, Accounting, Operations, and Customer Service.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work in tandem with our online retail team to ensure one cohesive brand story and cross-selling across multiple marketplaces.&nbsp;</li><li>Assist in the management of outside agencies to ensure deliverables are handed off in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to be entrepreneurial and find unique solutions for new business opportunities.&nbsp;</li><li>Create sales reports on a weekly basis and shares with the Director of Online Retail and Web, and creates monthly reports to share with our brand, international, digital content, and sales teams.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally across many different departments with clear communication.</li><li>Analyze sales data to pivot strategies based off sales trend &amp; respond to the consumer needs based on the data.&nbsp;</li><li>Create strategic promotions that bring customers to the site while keeping in mind profitability.&nbsp;</li><li>Monitor and maintain the inventory at marketplace warehouses to ensure each marketplace has ample stock.&nbsp;</li><li>Focus on improving retention rate on site to positively impact the customer experience.&nbsp;</li><li>Actively look for new online marketplaces and present the opportunities to upper management.&nbsp;</li><li>Consistently improve our seller ratings while driving positive product reviews.</li><li>Review SEO optimizations and executes this across our retailer network.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Qualifications</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field</li><li>2-4 years of experience in marketplace management of any of the following marketplaces is required: Mercado Libre, Walmart, Amazon</li><li>Commerce hub / Rithum Experience is a plus</li><li>Analytical and strategically focused with keen attention to detail required</li><li>Other online sales experience and international online selling is a plus</li><li>Team Player with exceptional project management skills</li><li>Excellent sense of urgency, personal time management and impeccable organization skills</li><li>Prior web experience with Consumer Products is preferred</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint</li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline driven environment.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:.5in;\"><br></p><p><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></p><p>This position must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time with finger and wrist dexterity with repetitive motion.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong><u>What do we offer?</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Tweezerman does more than provide quality beauty tools; it is a place that prides itself on being innovative and offers a truly collaborative work environment.
