Because of our culture and focus on providing outstanding services, we are confident that your employee experience here will be inspiring and rewarding.</p><p><strong>Job Title: Landscape Maintenance Worker</strong></p><p><strong>Reports to</strong>: Installation &amp; Landscape Manager, HOA &amp; Property Manager, and Executive Director of Golf Course Operations &amp; Horticulture</p><p><strong>Status:&nbsp;</strong>Non<strong>-</strong>Exempt</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong> The Landscaping Maintenance worker responsibilities include but are not limited to planting flowers/shrubs/trees, mowing, weed eating, edging, pruning, weed control, leaf removal, fertilizer applications, and assisting in large landscape installation projects. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, disciplined, focused, and punctual with experience in general manual labor, landscaping, or a related field. You will need the fortitude to work outdoors in various weather conditions.&nbsp;</p><p>The Landscape department at Mountaintop provides customer service to over 100 private homes within the community in addition to service for the Club and Homeowners Association. Our mission within the landscaping department is to enrich natural beauty in the residential setting, while conserving our areas&rsquo; Appalachian roots.
