Responsible for greeting and fulfilling club member needs in a friendly efficient environment as they relate to the Emerald Aisle rental process. Provide member with appropriate vehicle selection as determined by the Emerald Aisle program guidelines. Create and maintain a friendly, efficient environment for all customers. Assist in making all transactions quick and efficient.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>The starting rate of pay is $18 / hour based on a 40-hour workweek, with opportunities for additional bonuses for performance between $150 - $300 a month. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This position is located at O'Hare International Airport - O’Hare Multi Modal Facility at 10255 W. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work proactively with shuttlers, auto detailers, return agents and managers to ensure proper vehicle supply</li>\n <li>Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot</li>\n <li>Direct customers to exit booth, provide local directions and maps and provide return directions where applicable</li>\n <li>Assist members with questions and concerns to minimize counter visits</li>\n <li>Communicate customer service issues to management</li>\n <li>Ensure that hangtag information is completed correctly</li>\n <li>Maintain clean low mileage fleet mix requirements</li>\n <li>Maintain Emerald Aisle for cleanliness</li>\n <li>Thank member for their business</li>\n <li>Provide upgraded vehicles on request</li>\n <li>Perform other customer service related duties in addition to those listed, to ensure our service meets the needs of our customers</li>\n <li>Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting</li>\n <li>Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality</li>\n <li>Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>Equal Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans</em></p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>\n <li>Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future</li>\n <li>Must have a high school diploma or a GED</li>\n <li>Must have 12 consecutive months of work/organizational experience</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 1 moving violation on driving record in the last 3 years</li>\n <li>Must live within 30 minutes of O'Hare Airport</li>\n</ul>",
