We offer medical, dental and vision coverage, life insurance, employee assistance programs, company discounts, perks and more for most full-time positions!</p>\n<p>Start your phenomenal career with Allied Universal today!</p>\n<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Allied Universal is seeking<strong> Professional Security Guard</strong> in Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Security Guard </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Location: Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Job Type: Part-Time</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate: $27 per hour</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Shifts: 0600-1800, 1800-0600  Monday-Sunday</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Overview</u></strong> :</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Allied Universal is seeking an experienced Security Guard to oversee security operations at our Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan location. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Requirement</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with access control systems and alarm monitoring.</li>\n <li>Experience with report writing and note-taking.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.</li>\n <li>Valid <strong>Saskatchewan security guard training certificate or willing to obtain.</strong></li>\n <li><strong>The company will provide the security guard training if needed.</strong></li>\n <li>Must be eligible to work in Canada over <strong>30 hours per week.</strong></li>\n <li>First Aid and CPR</li>\n <li>Must be at least 25 years old.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent/GED, or equivalent work experience</li>\n <li>Must be available to work on-call shifts.</li>\n <li>Must have access to a reliable vehicle.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a drug test as a condition of employment.</li>\n <li>Must be a permanent resident or Canadian Citizen.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid Saskatchewan <strong>Class 5 full Driver’s License</strong></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions</u> :</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Access control for the facility/area</li>\n <li>Present a polished, professional, customer-friendly image at all times</li>\n <li>Ensure that the facility’s safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site Emergencies</li>\n <li>Undertake site-specific training, follow direction and guidance from the Site Supervisor or Manager</li>\n <li>Demonstrate good judgment, common sense and decision-making ability, particularly when required to take charge and direct others in emergencies or other incidents</li>\n <li>Meticulous record keeping, report writing, observation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Operate/monitor security room equipment, Completion of site-required training</li>\n <li>Vehicle Gate and Console duties</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Benefits</u>:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits</li>\n <li>Paid training and development programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><u>Disclaimer</u>:</strong></p>\n<p>As part of our standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
