This role is located in <strong>Coppell, TX </strong>and will be fully on-site. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Starting Pay: </strong> $20.00 per hour</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong> 7:30 am - 4:00 pm</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Warehouse Helper Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Create and maintain a safe organized working environment</li>\n <li>Assist in reviewing incoming shipping documents and update inventory</li>\n <li>Assist in reviewing outgoing shipping documents and package product</li>\n <li>Assist in inspections of inventory and product orders for accuracy</li>\n <li>Assist in loading/unloading packages from trucks</li>\n <li>Report product discrepancies to management</li>\n <li>Assist with the setup of material on machines</li>\n <li>Actively communicate with teammates</li>\n <li>Operate forklifts to relocate material</li>\n <li>Other Operations tasks as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Warehouse Helper Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p>Understanding of manufacturing industries preferred</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong attention to detail (critical skill)</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to communicate professionally with customers, coworkers and management</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work as part of a team and offer assistance to teammates when necessary</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to work flexible hours as required by the position</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Joining Wieland’s team gives you…</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Benefits</strong> - <strong>Starting on Day 1! </strong>Including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life & more!</li>\n <li><strong>Retirement Savings</strong> - 401(k) contribution + match.</li>\n <li><strong>Work/Life Balance</strong> - Paid Vacation & Holidays.</li>\n <li><strong>Growth Opportunities</strong> - We have over 8,000+ employees worldwide and 35+ locations in North America alone.
