    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">PanCare of Florida is seeking a compassionate and experienced Women&rsquo;s Health Nurse Practitioner or Certified Nurse Midwife to join our dedicated healthcare team. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered women&rsquo;s healthcare services in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment focused on improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve.</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Practice within the APRN scope of practice as defined by Florida law, national certification standards, and organizational clinical protocols.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive health assessments, including history-taking, physical examinations, and development of differential diagnoses.</li><li>Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures to assess patient conditions.</li><li>Develop, implement, and manage personalized care plans for patients, including preventive care, treatment, and follow-up.</li><li>Prescribe medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications, ensuring proper documentation and patient education on their use.</li><li>Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and preventive women&rsquo;s health conditions, including reproductive, gynecologic, hormonal, and primary care concerns.</li><li>Conduct routine gynecological examinations, screenings, and preventive health assessments.</li><li>Provide contraceptive counseling, family planning services, and reproductive health education.</li><li>Perform and interpret women&rsquo;s health screenings, including breast exams, Pap smears, STI testing, and other preventive services within scope of practice.</li><li>Educate patients regarding reproductive health, pregnancy prevention, menopause management, nutrition, and wellness strategies.</li><li>Recognize and respond appropriately to urgent women&rsquo;s health concerns and medical emergencies.</li><li>Provide trauma-informed, culturally sensitive care to patients across diverse backgrounds and life stages.</li><li>Coordinate referrals and follow-up care related to obstetrics, gynecology, behavioral health, mammography, and specialty services.</li><li>Provide care through in-person and telehealth platforms in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date and comprehensive records for all patients in accordance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.</li><li>Ensure that patient confidentiality is maintained in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Provide guidance and mentorship to junior healthcare staff, such as nurses or medical students.</li><li>Lead or contribute to quality improvement initiatives, patient care protocols, and educational programs within the practice.</li><li>Adhere to established clinical protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education to maintain licensure and certifications.</li><li>Complete clinical documentation, order entry, and encounter closure within organizational timeframes and quality standards.</li><li>Contribute to audits, compliance checks, and internal reviews to ensure the highest quality of care and patient safety standards.</li><li>Coordinate patient follow-up care, referrals, interdisciplinary communication, and related documentation to support continuity of care.</li><li>Maintain all required licensure, certifications and continuing education requirements in accordance with state and national standards.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Education/Experience:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program required.</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as a registered nurse (RN), with at least 1-2 years in a primary care or family practice setting preferred.</li><li>Completion of an accredited APRN program with a focus in women&rsquo;s health, family practice, or primary care required.</li><li>Current, active state licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) required.</li><li>National certification as a Women&rsquo;s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), or related APRN specialty from a recognized certifying body (e.g., NCC, AANP, or ANCC) required.</li><li>Current DEA registration or ability to obtain prior to hire required.</li><li>Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.</li><li>Experience in electronic health record (eCW) systems, with proficiency in documentation and patient management software preferred.</li><li>Experience diagnosing and managing women&rsquo;s health, reproductive health, gynecologic, or primary care conditions preferred.</li><li>Experience providing contraceptive management and preventive women&rsquo;s healthcare services preferred.</li><li>Experience performing women&rsquo;s health screenings and procedures preferred.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>PanCare provides a comprehensive benefits package to include medical,
