Description

The ADAIR Program Manager (US) is responsible for overseeing the management of a large Federal Contract or Subcontract (Program) supporting Top Aces Corp.’s US ADAIR Program or similar sized Company project. They may also manage multiple smaller contracts or projects focused on the US ADAIR customer on occasion or as needed. As the single point of contact for the ADAIR customer(s) in the US, the ADAIR Program Manager (US) will coordinate all activities related to the assigned program scope and will hold the authority to develop and implement specific courses of action for the work to be successful and profitable. The information below is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required for this position. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the successful implementation and execution of any new US ADAIR Program and any new revenue flight tasking associated with a current programs or project. Coordinate cross functionally between department leadership and Human Resources to effectively manage the timely hiring of personnel required for the program. Coordinate with Director of Operations, Director of Maintenance, and Site Leads to meet customer requirements while maintaining Profit and Loss responsibility of the program, including achieving revenue, EBITDA, cash flow budget, and target hours of the operations. Promote and support the use of the Company’s safety and quality management systems and be an advocate for compliance with safety, quality, company policy and procedure, and any other applicable or related regulations. Act as the primary point of contact (POC) to the contracting authorities of the program and ensure customer satisfaction as it relates to all aspects of the program. Retain a complete and comprehensive understanding of all revenue performance specification, Terms and Conditions, binding documents, and any other program related regulations. Attend Program Review Meetings (PRM) on behalf of the Company, as scheduled by the customer, and ensure timely communication and resolution of any deficiencies identified at the PRM. Attend and actively participate in all activities associated with winning future US ADAIR contracts such as Industry Consultation Days, working group sessions, Request for Proposal (RFP) meetings, etc. Support the business development team in overall program growth efforts including identification of new revenue opportunities by participating in developing business plans, proposals, bid preparation and/or lending expertise on program operations, etc., This position will also serve as an F-16 Adversary Instructor Pilot, as required. All standard responsibilities of an F-16 Adversary Instructor Pilot can be found within the applicable job description. Perform related duties as assigned. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Previously qualified US DoD-trained F-16 instructor pilot 2,000 hours Pilot In Command (PIC) of any fixed wing DoD (or Allied) fighter aircraft. 100 hours PIC at night. Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot with Instrument privileges and single-engine land (SEL) specifically designated on the certificate. Must maintain FAA instrument Currency, First or Second Class Medical certification, and adversary mission qualifications and associated mission currencies, to include low-level and unlimited air combat tactics maneuvering in the high-G environment. SKILLS AND/OR QUALIFICATIONS: Must demonstrate expertise in project management and supervision of flight operations. Must possess knowledge of aircraft maintenance, finance and accounting practices, and budgeting skills. Must be familiar with airworthiness processes with US Armed Forces and FAA, as well as security management and ITAR regulations. Must have a general knowledge of standard business operations and local legislation. Must be familiar with US Government contractual process and associated regulations. Must demonstrate strong managerial skills and possess experience overseeing large teams. Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service. Must be proficient in the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Must demonstrate safe and healthy workplace practices. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the ADAIR Program Manager in daily work performance. Must be able to travel within the US and internationally. Must be able to work in an office environment. Must be able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC) and not be barred from any installation. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance as required. EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, business management, other related areas of study or 10 years of progressive and applicable experience in one of the mentioned areas is required. Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory experience with US Armed Forces in aviation related positions required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to sit for extended periods of time while working at a computer. Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment with standard lighting, noise levels, and climate conditions and be able to work in various weather environments and conditions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, sit, talk, walk, hear, see, and reach with hands and arms. This position requires close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This role is performed around loud noises and hazardous chemicals with exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and risks of electrical shock. The F-16 Adversary Instructor Pilot, and therefore the ADAIR Program Manager (US), must be able to work in environments with exposure to noise, chemicals, dust, and varying weather conditions.
