Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.</p>\n<h2> Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>What we expect… </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist the Project Manager in coordinating the design and engineering between various engineers for the customers’ process, equipment and installation.</li>\n <li>Perform estimating, bidding and subcontract procurement on projects.</li>\n <li>Reviews and approves invoices.</li>\n <li>Assist the Project Manager with the coordination and scheduling of the construction management activities on projects.</li>\n <li>Develop, maintain and report project status to the customer. Assist the Project Manager to develop project proposals.</li>\n <li>Create and maintain departmental electronic files, forms, and brochures.</li>\n <li>Read and route incoming mail. Locate and attach appropriate file to correspondence to be answered by manager.</li>\n <li>Compose and process routine correspondence.</li>\n <li>Organize and maintain file system, and file correspondence and other records.</li>\n <li>May coordinate proposal and bid package information or coordination of document release. May coordinate tracking contact status, vendor relations, meeting minutes.</li>\n <li>Conduct research then compile statistical reports.</li>\n <li>Coordinate and arrange meetings and events, including preparing agendas, reserving and preparing facilities, and transcription of meeting minutes.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray’s safety program on site.</li>\n <li>Other duties may be assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands & Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
