          "text": "<p>&#xa0;</p><p><u>Work Schedule is 6pm - 6am on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule</u>.</p><p>Sanitation workers are responsible for keeping the facility as clean as possible. They will use the best techniques for cleaning certain machines around the plant floor. Carryout responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures. &#xa0;</p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><p>The duties and responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:</p><ul><li>Cleans facilities and equipment, in proper sequence, and in a timely manner enabling pre-op inspection and set-up to begin on time for a successful start-up and hour-of-power for production.</li><li>Applies chemicals for cleaning, degreasing and sanitizing using sprayers and hoses.</li><li>Applies a hot water wash down (temperature 120-140 degrees) and cold water wash downs for all plant equipment, floors and walls.</li><li>Cleans equipment parts, overheads, units, pipes and lights, smokehouse,</li><li>Cleans breakroom &amp; bathrooms during workhours.</li><li>Gathers trash in carts and transports to trash compactor for disposal.</li><li>Squeegees floors and clean drains in plant area.</li><li>Covers sensitive equipment with plastic for protection.</li><li>Follows daily sanitation schedule and achieve specified goals.</li><li>Completes Master Cleaning Schedule to ensure all areas of facility are cleaned on a regular basis.</li><li>Uses the proper chemical for the job and at the specified concentration.</li><li>Completes pre-inspections prior to FSQ (Quality) doing pre-operation inspections to minimize deficiencies found.</li><li>Assists with reassembly of machine(s) for start-up.</li><li>Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) training, along with company pre-requisite programs, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOP’s).</li><li>Suggests improvements; continuously improve the quality of all support activities.</li><li>Performs other duties and responsibilities as necessary.</li></ul><p><strong>Safety:</strong></p><ul><li>Perform all duties within OSHA and company safety standards; LOTO, wear PPE and maintain safety equipment.</li><li>Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area.</li><li>Immediately report all accidents and deficiencies to the supervisor.</li><li>Ensure safety devices are installed and working properly.</li><li>Handles equipment and chemicals according to government, SDS and Company safety standards.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p>",
