    "requisitionDescription": "<div><strong><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">What You Will Do<br>&nbsp;</span></strong><p><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);\">The Component Molding Specialist is responsible for independently performing complete mold changeovers and supporting injection molding production operations. Duties include advance mold and material preparation, mold removal and installation, machine startup and processing, robot and secondary equipment setup, and thorough cleanup and organization. Ensures machines, tools, and surrounding work areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and production‑ready condition. Works under general direction with a high degree of independence, following established procedures and best practices.
