We’d love for you to join our team!</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;We are seeking a detail-oriented <strong>PeopleSoft Tester</strong> to support quality assurance efforts for enterprise PeopleSoft applications. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and executing test scripts, with a strong emphasis on automation using the <strong>PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF)</strong>. The ideal candidate will ensure system functionality, performance, and reliability across multiple modules and environments.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, maintain, and execute <strong>manual and automated test scripts</strong> for PeopleSoft applications&nbsp;</li><li>Utilize <strong>PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF)</strong> to design and implement automated test cases&nbsp;</li><li>Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test scenarios&nbsp;</li><li>Perform <strong>functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Identify, document, and track defects through resolution using defect management tools&nbsp;</li><li>Support test planning activities, including test strategy, test cases, and test data preparation&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects&nbsp;</li><li>Participate in Agile or Waterfall development cycles as required&nbsp;</li><li>Provide clear and concise test documentation and status reporting</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>&nbsp;<strong>Bachelor’s degree</strong> in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>PeopleSoft testing</strong>, including <strong>PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF)</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Experience developing <strong>automated test scripts</strong> and executing test cycles&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>software testing methodologies and QA best practices</strong>&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with defect tracking and test management tools&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to analyze requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Skills</strong></p><ul><li>Experience testing PeopleSoft HCM</li><li>Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in Agile environments&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test automation integration&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>Security Clearance</strong></p><ul><li><strong>U.S. Citizenship required</strong>&nbsp;</li><li><strong>Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance</strong></li></ul><p><strong>More About B&amp;A:</strong></p><p><em><strong>Notable Clients</strong></em><br>B&amp;A has grown to be a company that is trusted by our clients for exceptional service, innovative solutions, and inspired employees.
