The goal is to schedule customers for Heating and Cooling service appointments offered by Comfort Wave.  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Base hourly rate $17/hour+ PLUS uncapped commission ~ earn on average $20-30/hour</li>\n   <li><strong>8 Paid Holiday</strong></li>\n   <li><strong>401k with company match</strong> up to 30% of your contribution</li>\n   <li><strong>Professional development</strong> opportunities and continuous on-the-job training</li>\n   <li>Company-wide Community Service Opportunities and Community Engagement</li>\n   <li>Positive Work Environment</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>What Will I Do?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Present a professional appearance that supports and enhances the company’s business image with Home Depot.</li>\n <li>Maintain and utilize the HVAC Kiosk / Display / End Cap within the Home Depot to communicate the benefits of purchasing HVAC products and services from the Home Depot. </li>\n <li>Initiate communication with prospective customers during their shopping experience in the store. </li>\n <li>Proactively greet customers, engage in informative / investigate conversation, qualify potential purchasers and schedule a sales appointment.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain relationships with HD store associates and key management personnel by interacting with them while working in the store. </li>\n <li>Educate and build awareness about the HVAC Program for Home Depot customers and store employees.</li>\n <li>Achieve to specified program KPIs and goals.</li>\n <li>Attend required meetings and training courses. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Do I Have What it Takes?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Applicants must be at least 18 years old in accordance with company policy.</li>\n <li>A person who enjoys face to face interaction while being outgoing, energetic, and self-motivated.</li>\n <li>Ability to manage personal emotions when faced with rejection. </li>\n <li>Present positive and optimistic attitude. </li>\n <li>Must be a self-starter with a result driven disposition.</li>\n <li>Active listener able to ask open-ended discovery questions to potential customers. </li>\n <li>Intuitive ability to measure interest of customers. </li>\n <li>Must be Detail oriented with good time management skills. </li>\n <li>Ability to move conversations to a decision and ask for an appointment commitment from potential customers. </li>\n <li>Ability to stand and/or walk for 4-8 hours at a time.</li>\n <li>Ability to use a smart phone utilizing apps, email and text. </li>\n <li>Ability to work weekends. </li>\n</ul>\n<p>#ComfortWaveLI</p>\n<p>#LI-MW1</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Wrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
