Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.\n<h2>Description</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Delivering training programs and courses to Marines and their staffs</li>\n <li>Providing instruction on Marine Corps Program of Record (POR) systems and operational tactics</li>\n <li>Conducting hands-on training and assessments</li>\n <li>Reviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodology</li>\n <li>Coordinating with the academics officer and curriculum review boards to keep training synchronized with MAGTF-level Fires and Maneuvers C2 doctrine</li>\n <li>Ensuring instruction aligns with current fleet requirements and integrates JBC-P/C2PC, JADOCS, AFATDS, THS V2, JTCW, TCS, TBMCS, GCCS, CAC2S, MCH, and related Fires and Maneuvers equipment and tools</li>\n <li>Reviewing lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with TECOM instructional methodology</li>\n <li>Serving as primary subject matter expert (SME) for all Fires and Maneuvers systems taught within the course</li>\n <li>Conducting and evaluating practical exercises replicating real-world Fires and Maneuvers operations</li>\n <li>Liaising with fleet units, program managers, and Marine Corps Fires and Maneuvers representatives to ensure course content reflects current fielded systems</li>\n <li>Providing input to manpower planning, billet requirements, and system acquisition efforts as they relate to Fires and Maneuvers training</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON AWARD</strong></p>\n<p><em>#LI-TF1</em></p>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or formal DoD training</li>\n <li>Successful completion of a military or commercial basic instructor course such as Marine Corps Center for Learning and Faculty Development (CLFD) \"Facilitating Learning Experience Course\" (FLEX), CLFD Designing Learning Experience Course (DLEX), Basic Instructor Course (BIC), a college certification course, or an equivalent alternative course</li>\n <li>10+ years of experience providing formal Period of Instructions (POIs) and supporting Fires and Maneuvers training events</li>\n <li>5+ years of experience providing POI on Fires and Maneuvers software, hardware, systems, and applications</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining POIs, lesson plans, instructor guides, and practical application exercises</li>\n <li>In-depth understanding of Fires and Maneuvers supporting tasks, battlespace management, joint operations integration, and MAGTF-level Fires and Maneuvers doctrine</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with the following systems: JBC-P/C2PC, JADOCS, AFATDS, THS V2, JTCW, TCS, TBMCS, GCCS, CAC2S, and MCH</li>\n <li>Experience analyzing the effectiveness of training programs and operational plans</li>\n <li>Experience with Instructional Systems Design/Systems Approach to Training and Education (ISD/SAT-E) methodologies</li>\n <li>Understanding of Marine Corps Service Level Training Exercise Program (SLTE-P) standards and objectives</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience with O365, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite</li>\n <li>Possess a current DoD Secret Security clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Desired Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>5+ years of experience supporting MAGTF Operations Center Training Team (MOCTT) and/or MAGTF Integrated Systems Training Centers (MISTCs)</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience creating and instructing POIs on the following systems: JBC-P/C2PC, JADOCS, AFATDS, THS V2, JTCW, TCS, TBMCS, GCCS, CAC2S, and MCH</li>\n <li>Active-duty USMC experience with USMC Fires and Maneuvers systems and equipment</li>\n <li>Possess a current CompTIA Security+ certification</li>\n <li>Possess a current Microsoft Office Specialist certification </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Clearance Information</h2>\n<p><strong>SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT, THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS, A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL</strong></p>\n<h2>Travel Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Some</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Us</h2>\n<p>Scientific Research Corporation is an advanced information technology and engineering company that provides innovative products and services to government and private industry, as well as independent institutions.
