These are not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.</em></strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate all facets of Automation commissioning activities with the field technical team</li><li>Maintain the technical project schedule&nbsp;</li><li>Responsible for constraint tracking and reporting to general contractor and owner team</li><li>Attend commissioning meeting and be the voice for the team&nbsp;</li><li>Review technical submittals</li><li>Maintain technical RFI development and tracking</li><li>Provide Factory Witness/Bench test support</li><li>Provide technical MOP development</li><li>Continuously develop relationships with existing customers and pursue opportunities which provide long-term customer relationships and revenue opportunities</li><li>Educate clients on Baker Group capabilities not only in the building automation business, but also cross selling capabilities for revenue opportunities within other business units</li><li>Develop solutions for customers utilizing internal estimating software and standard product selections. &nbsp; Review with Baker Group team members solutions prior to submitting to client &nbsp;to ensure we can deliver what we are selling.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>MINIMUM EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer preferred</li><li>Experience in Automation, HVAC, and Electrical systems</li><li>Experience in estimating/managing automation projects, building and growing customer relationships</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS</p><ul><li>Valid driver license with good driving record</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>MENTAL AND PHYSICAL COMPETENCIES REQUIRED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Strong technical background in building automation systems and or industrial PLC&rsquo;s&nbsp;</li><li>Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical and automation systems and controls</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>ENVIRONMENTAL ADAPTABILITY</strong></p><ul><li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer</li><li>Significant field and client interactions on construction job sites, which may require prolonged periods of standing, walking and/or climbing stairs</li><li>Occasional exposure to variety of temperature and weather conditions</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em><strong>Baker Group&nbsp;</strong></em><strong>is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
