      "content": "\n<li><strong>Pay Range -</strong>&nbsp;for this position is based on years of direct work experience. Candidates with 0-5 years of experience can expect to earn between $<a href=\"http://18.0.0.94/\">18.94</a>&nbsp; - $<a href=\"http://20.0.0.91/hr\">20.91/hr</a>. As experience increases, so does the rate of pay, with candidates who have 16 or more years of direct experience earning up to $<a href=\"http://26.0.0.97/hr\">28.06/hr</a>.&nbsp;</li>\n<li><strong>Bilingual Skills:</strong> HCAs with proven bilingual skills will receive a differential for each hour (or any portion thereof) where they provide interpretation services or bilingual skills</li>\n"
