Territory Sales Specialist Medical Device Sales | Houston, TX | Field-Based
Build a Territory. Grow a Career. Make an Impact. We are partnering with a rapidly growing medical device company seeking a driven, relationship-focused Territory Sales Specialist to support commercial growth across Texas, with a strong concentration in the Houston market.

What You’ll Do Drive territory growth across Houston and surrounding Texas markets Develop relationships with physicians, office administrators, clinical staff, and ASC decision-makers Prospect and open new business opportunities within ambulatory surgery centers and physician offices Execute product presentations, in-services, and hands-on training sessions Partner with accounts to increase product utilization and long-term adoption Manage territory planning, pipeline activity, and customer follow-up independently Maintain a strong field presence through consistent customer-facing activity Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and internal teams to share market feedback and growth opportunities Represent the organization with professionalism, urgency, and strong business acumen What We’re Looking For Required Experience 1–4 years of healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience Proven ability to prospect, build relationships, and grow business independently Experience managing a territory and maintaining high customer activity levels Comfortable with frequent local and regional travel Preferred Background ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) sales experience Experience calling on physician offices, outpatient clinics, or procedural-based practices Medical device, healthcare, pharma, or capital sales experience Experience selling outside of the operating room strongly preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred Bonus if you have sold anesthesia products before or respiratory Ideal Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is:
