    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>JOB SUMMARY:<br>\n The Warehouse Lead plays a critical role in the store and/or venue assisting the Management Team with creating the ultimate game day and shopping experience for our fans by leading the warehouse effort. The Warehouse Lead will drive results through effective communication and teambuilding.</p>\n<p>This position is part-time depending on the specific needs of the property and will work a rotating, schedule including days, nights, and rotating weekends.</p>\n<p>General Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;<br>\n * Maintain a neat, clean and organized warehouse&nbsp;<br>\n * Oversee the entire inventory life cycle; including but not limited to processing transfers, tagging incoming merchandise and restocking merchandise &nbsp;<br>\n * Ensure procedures are executed within all aspects of inventory control as required&nbsp;<br>\n * Support team store; ensure store orders are pulled within given timeline&nbsp;<br>\n * Coordinate delivery schedules with management &nbsp;<br>\n * Communicate expectations for assignments and projects to employees under your supervision &nbsp;<br>\n * Provide training and assistance to new employees as required &nbsp;<br>\n * Provide feedback to associates based on observed job performance and knowledge of the work environment &nbsp;<br>\n * Ensure OSHA compliance&nbsp;<br>\n * Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required &nbsp;<br>\n * Understands Fanatics Values and how they relate to their role</p>\n<p>Education, Experience and Requirements:<br>\n * High School graduate or equivalent&nbsp;<br>\n * Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner&nbsp;<br>\n * Maintain a clean &amp; safe environment&nbsp;<br>\n * Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license may be required&nbsp;<br>\n * Forklift certification per OSHA standard is a plus&nbsp;<br>\n * Proven ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;<br>\n * Availability to work extended hours on game days and during events</p>\n<p>Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:<br>\n * Possess a fun, outgoing, confident, professional demeanor &nbsp;<br>\n * Prior management experience preferred&nbsp;<br>\n * Ability to work well with all levels of management, build partnerships and direct team&nbsp;<br>\n * Ability to anticipate and solve problems, act decisively and persist in the face of obstacles&nbsp;<br>\n * Ability to represent Fanatics/League/Team Values and standards&nbsp;<br>\n * Available to work varied shifts including; weekend, closing and holiday shifts&nbsp;<br>\n * Strong verbal and written communication skills</p>\n<p>Physical Demands: &nbsp;<br>\n * Regularly required to sit stand, reach, bend and move about the facility as needed&nbsp;<br>\n * Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.&nbsp;<br>\n * Game Day scheduling may have exposure to various weather elements (rainy, windy, cold, high temperatures, etc.) if assigned location is outside of the shop&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The salary range for this position is $18.67-$22/hour, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation.
