This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in operational finance, enjoys creating structure from the ground up, and wants to partner closely with leadership to improve systems, reporting, and business performance.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own the FP&amp;A function, including financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Build and improve SOPs, workflows, and reporting infrastructure across the organization</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with operations and department leaders to streamline processes and improve efficiency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead KPI tracking, progress measurement, and performance reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Oversee project controls within Vista by Viewpoint, ensuring accurate job costing, cost coding, and system integrity</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Collaborate with AP/AR on invoice review and approval processes</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform advanced Excel modeling, financial analysis, and process documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Train, mentor, and eventually lead Staff Accountants</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Design and implement scalable systems and procedures in a growing environment</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">What They’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">5+ years of finance or FP&amp;A experience </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor's degree preferred, not required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Construction industry experience REQUIRED</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Vista by Viewpoint experience preferred, or other LARGE ERP</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Advanced Excel skills including modeling, analytics, and reporting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience designing SOPs, improving workflows, and driving process improvements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving abilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Leadership potential with the ability to coach and develop staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Comfortable working in a direct, fast-paced, no-nonsense environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Self-motivated, emotionally mature, and highly accountable</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">***********LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY *********</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
