&nbsp;<b>&nbsp;</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b><br></b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>Duties and Responsibilities</b>\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>•</b><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span>Performs work in the building or grounds work assigned, such as operating vehicles, mowers, tractors, installing windows and glass, replacing tile, and making minor repairs to bathrooms and other physical facilities.\n</div>\n<div>\n •<span> </span>Requests, maintains, and is responsible for the inventory and accountability of material, tools, repair parts, and equipment assigned and that is issued for use.\n</div>\n<div>\n •<span> </span>Maintains the grounds, grass, shrubbery, trees, walkways, steps, and retaining walls of all school properties.\n</div>\n<div>\n •<span> </span>Hauls trash, gravel, and dirt.\n</div>\n<div>\n • Responsible for fertilizing and seeding trees.\n</div>\n<div>\n <b>•</b><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span>Repairs fences;
