The company is looking for a Maintenance Technician to work at College Parks Apartments located in Salisbury, Maryland. Maintenance Technician needed for apartment turn work. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>All Applicants applying for a position at Peel Properties must be willing to submit to a drug screening and criminal background check.  </em><em>E/O/E/M/F/V/D</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs routine maintainance of the grounds, buildings and apartments</li>\n <li>Inspect, maintain repair and replace building mechanical and electrical systems; dry-wall repair, painting, plumbing.</li>\n <li>A/C certified is a plus</li>\n <li>Ability to do ceramic tile work</li>\n <li>Detailed oriented</li>\n <li>Respond to emergency maintenance request as required (On-Call duties on a rotational basis)</li>\n <li>Good time management</li>\n <li>Must be able to work independently with little supervision</li>\n <li>Valid Driver’s License with own transportation and hand tools.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>\n <li>Knowledge of general building maintenance.</li>\n <li>Strong verbal communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with supervisor, co-workers, tenants, contractors, and the general public.</li>\n <li>Bilingual is a plus</li>\n <li>Must be able to take direction.</li>\n <li>Must eligible to work in the United States.</li>\n <li>Must be able to pass a background screening</li>\n <li>Must be over 18 years of age.</li>\n <li>Must have a reliable form of transportation</li>\n</ul>",
