These are the people we are looking to hire as a part of our team here at No. 1 Collision.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>With that being said, please find a list below of some of the roles and responsibilities expected from someone in this position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Assists in the flow of production</span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain shop cleanliness</span></li>\n<li><span>Work with Estimator Team daily</span></li>\n<li><span>Production-related urgency and flow</span></li>\n<li><span>Help assign work to technicians</span></li>\n<li><span>Help moving vehicles</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist with Detailing</span></li>\n<li><span>Quality control the entire repair process</span></li>\n<li><span>Organize sublet work if required</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in running production meetings/update assist staff with vehicle status</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist/direct parts department</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist/direct “repair planner” (supplement estimator)</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in planning and directing technicians for the best efficiency</span></li>\n<li><span>Estimates if required</span></li>\n<li><span>Other duties as assigned</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Below is also a list of skills/qualifications that would also be helpful for this position:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Clean Drivers’ Abstract, Class 5 Drivers’ License</span></li>\n<li><span>Able to drive manual and automatic vehiciles</span></li>\n<li><span>A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented</span></li>\n<li><span>Working knowledge of computers</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>No. 1 Collision Group and Mercedes–Benz Collision Richmond will always provide the best for our people, as we value them and their commitment to this organization's growth.
