          "text": "<p><u><strong>Summary of Position</strong></u></p><p>The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for maintaining customer’s accounts, process reconciliation, performing billing and collections. Keeping accurate records, filing for collecting payments. Create sales and purchasing invoices. Strong organizational and communication skills is needed.</p><p><u><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</strong></u></p><p>• Creating Intercompany sales and purchase orders.</p><p>• Creating sales and purchase invoices intercompany transactions.</p><p>• Generating sales invoices to customers accurately.</p><p>• Distribution of Invoices to the Customers on a timely basis.</p><p>• Posting payments and applying payments towards the Invoices once remittance is sent.</p><p>• Checking Customer Financials and releasing the Sales Orders for Shipping Team accordingly.</p><p>• Creating RMA Credits and&#xa0;Rebate Credits as requested from Sales team.</p><p>• Creating Aging/Collection Report weekly and sending out statements to Customers weekly.</p><p>• Following up for payment status.</p><p>• Ensuring customer ledgers are up to date and all payments and credits are applied appropriately.</p><p>• Processing Business Credit Applications as requested from Sales Team for new Customers.</p><p>• Assisting the Auditors with their requests.</p><p>• Billing of Intercompany Raw Material.</p><p>• Maintaining the file for Resale Certificate.</p><p>• Tracking customer deposits</p><p>• Sending out our Banking details to new Customers for payments and&#xa0;Setting up new customers in the system.</p><p>• Other ad-hoc duties as required to support the business from time to time.</p><p><u><strong>Technical Skills</strong></u></p><p>• Strong Proficiency with MS Office (Excel and Power point).</p><p>• Experience with accounting software, preferably Navision, or Business Central.</p><p>• Expertise with the various accounting processes mainly in Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Bank reconciliations.</p><p>• Demonstrated experience setting up new customers, creating purchase order and sales orders in Business Central.</p><p><u><strong>Core Competencies</strong></u></p><p>• Ability to work cross-functionally.</p><p>• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.</p><p>• Effective team player with the ability to solve problem and ensure the set targets are achieved.</p><p>• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.</p><p>&#xa0;</p>",
