The role focuses on maintaining exceptional cleanliness, laundry, and organization standards in a household that includes a newborn baby. The schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9 am-5 pm. This is a live-out position, and is an excellent long-term opportunity for a professional housekeeper who takes pride in maintaining a high-standard private residence, while respecting that it is first and foremost a family home.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Daily thorough cleaning and deep cleaning of a 5+ bedroom home (vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) </li>\n <li>Complete laundry service, ironing, and wardrobe organization </li>\n <li>Organizing and maintaining children’s rooms, play areas, and baby equipment </li>\n <li>Running errands and supporting overall household organization </li>\n <li>Helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for newborns and children </li>\n <li>Working collaboratively with the family to anticipate and meet household needs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of 4 years’ professional housekeeping experience </li>\n <li>Intuitive, organized, self-starter, and comfortable working autonomously and as part of a broader household team</li>\n <li>Proven responsibility for cleaning, laundry, and full organization of a large home (5+ bedrooms)</li>\n <li>Professional, polished, with strong attention to detail</li>\n <li>Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness</li>\n <li>Detail-oriented, proactive, trustworthy, and energetic with a warm, professional demeanor.</li>\n <li>Must be someone who takes great pride in creating and maintaining a spotless, well-organized home and has a genuine comfort level around infants and young children.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Legal authorization to work in the U.S</li>\n <li>Valid driver’s license</li>\n <li>Prior experience in a similar private household role</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of fine surfaces and garment care</li>\n <li>Child-friendly and ideally willing to babysit on occasion (not a deal breaker)</li>\n <li>Candidates MUST live in the Bay Area (this is a live-out role)</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>$57/hr-$72.50/hr DOE ($120,000 – $150,000 based on a 40-hour week)</li>\n <li>Generous healthcare stipend</li>\n <li>Paid holidays, statutory vacation, and sick days</li>\n</ul>",
