Description
The Human Resources Program Lead serves as a strategic partner supporting enterprise ‑ level HR programs and initiatives across System Health Solutions (SHS) and System Services (SS). This role provides program management, analytical, and operational support for multiple HR teams, creating a unique opportunity to gain exposure to two sides of the HR business within a complex, matrixed healthcare environment. This position is heavily focused on data analysis, program coordination, and initiative execution - translating HR data into insights, recommendations, and clear communications that enable leaders and HR Business Partners to make informed decisions. The Program Lead plays a key role in consolidating and analyzing HR data (e.g., engagement, performance, succession, and talent initiatives), developing executive-ready materials, and ensuring consistency, efficiency, and alignment across teams. This position is highly collaborative and serves as a critical connector - moving initiatives forward, standardizing processes, and supporting enterprise-wide HR priorities with precision, discretion, and strong professional judgment.
Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Bachelor's Degree is required.
Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Requires experience in the design, development, and execution of human resource programs in matrix and complex work environment.
Requires basic knowledge of applying processes and guidelines to organizational initiatives.
Requires experience working independently and exhibiting professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected, complex issues and frequent interruptions that may require immediate attention.
Requires basic proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
