You’ll play a critical role in the implementation of key initiatives for our business, by effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, leading and coordinating teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly solutions for the Fintech industry.</span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Responsibilities:   </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Own the full project lifecycle, </span><span>from initiation through planning, execution, and delivery to closure.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Lead and mentor teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Partner with Product Managers to </span><span>prioritize and groom backlogs</span><span>, aligning technical and business goal</span><span>s.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve team processes.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Deliver clear, timely progress reports on roadmap, team performance, and milestones to all stakeholders.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Identify, assess and mitigate risks; maintain risk and issue logs and develop contingency plans.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Collaborate with leads to manage product, technical, sprint, and issue backlogs.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. establish and monitor quality processes.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Enforce and </span><span>maintain </span><span>quality assurance processes</span><span>, ensuring deliverables meet business and technical standard</span><span>s.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Oversee project documentation and knowledge sharing.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Manage team </span><span>capacity</span><span> and resource planning</span><span>, delegating responsibilities appropriately and ensuring workload balance.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Lead, motivate, and support team members.</span></li>\n<li><span>Promote a culture of </span><span>accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement</span><span> across teams.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices for project delivery.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Support additional strategic initiatives and cross-team coordination as needed by management.</span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Qualifications:   </span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>5+ years of project management experience in IT, Software Engineering, or fintech environment.<br></span></li>\n<li><span>Proven </span><span>track record</span><span> of successfully managing </span><span>complex, large-scale projects</span><span> with cross-functional </span><span>teams.</span><span><br>Strong leadership, coaching, and team mentoring abilities.</span><span> </span></li>\n<li><span>Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies;
