Responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Providing evidence based psychotherapy interventions</li>\n <li>Providing clinical assessment and treatment planning</li>\n <li>Crisis support as needed within parameters of an outpatient clinic</li>\n <li>Completion of administrative tasks such as documentation and case management</li>\n <li>Participation in team meetings</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We're Looking For:</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFT) (fully or provisionally licensed or license eligible) required</li>\n <li>2 years clinical work experience preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to perform comprehensive clinical assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans</li>\n <li>Experience in individual and group therapy including recovery work</li>\n <li>Excellent listening and communication skills</li>\n <li>Experience with Electronic Health Records preferred</li>\n <li>Bilingual a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>About Blue Ridge Health:</h2>\n<p>At Blue Ridge Health our mission is to improve Health, inspire Hope, and advance Healing through access to Compassionate, Affordable, and Quality Care.
