Responsibilities include but are not limited to photography, videography, 3D scanning, aerial drone operation, file management, and etcetera. A Creative Specialist utilizes their creative abilities to ensure client satisfaction while upholding the aesthetic standards and core values of Aerial Canvas. They are expected to have strong communication skills, be detail obsessive, and excel in time management.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">RESPONSIBILITIES:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Complete photo, video, drone, and 3D services on site for clients.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Upload footage and communicate any and applicable field notes to respective team members.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Identify and determine the best creative solutions while completing our services.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Travel to and from shoots in a timely manner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Communicate vision and expectations to clients on-site and remotely.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Prepare, maintain, and manage company equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintain calendar accuracy for time tracking purposes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Oversee listing solutions from start to finish.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Maintain responsive and consistent communication across departments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Operate effectively within both a team environment and individually.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Offer solutions consultations for in-field upgrades.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Participate in approved and/or required training and development opportunities.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Needs to be proficient in real estate photography, videography, 3d Matterport and/or drone operation skills.<br></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills is a must.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">FAA Part 107 Drone License preferred (Required for any drone related services).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Valid Driver’s License.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Must have experience in shooting real estate.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Customer service background or Marketing/Sales experience is a plus.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Strong creative, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">File management systems knowledge preferred.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">WORK HOURS</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 15px\">This is a contractor position. Individual will be communicated and agreed upon a project by project basis. Limited weekend availability may be required.
