This is a role for someone who wants to own the technical narrative of a project from schematic design through construction administration and who understands that great ICT and security design is inseparable from great architecture.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span><span>As an ICT &amp; Security Consultant / Designer, you will serve dual roles: a hands-on technical designer producing construction documents and specifications, and a consulting partner engaging clients, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and translating complex infrastructure into clear, actionable design intent. You will be an active contributor to </span><span>BranchPattern's</span><span> growth, </span><span>participating</span><span> in business development, client relationships, and thought leadership as we expand our presence.</span></span><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br></span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Design &amp; Technical Delivery</span></span></span><span> </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead and produce ICT system designs: structured cabling (ISP/OSP copper and fiber), horizontal distribution, telecom room layouts, </span><span>bonding</span><span> and pathways</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Design and specify security systems including Access Control, Video Surveillance (CCTV/IP), and Intrusion Detection</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Author complete construction document packages — schematic design through 100% CDs — including drawings, specifications, and basis-of-design narratives</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Develop network topology diagrams and schematic interface documents supporting integrated ICT, AV, security, and smart building infrastructures (BMS, EMS, lighting)</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Perform construction administration: respond to RFIs, review submittals, support </span><span>commissioning,</span><span> and close-out</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Conduct site surveys and existing condition assessments to inform design decisions</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Produce deliverables in Revit and AutoCAD; </span><span>proficiency</span><span> in BIM coordination expected</span></span><span> </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><br></span></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span><span>Consulting &amp;
