          "text": "<p>We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician, Level 1 to join the Facilities Department. At Eataly, this position is referred to as a Facilities Technician.<br>\n<br>\nThe Facilities Technician serves as the point of contact for the assigned shifts and takes the necessary actions to ensure that all facilities are in proper working order. Reports to the Area Facilities Manager.</p><ul><li>Performs assigned day-to-day preventive maintenance and on-demand requests from Department Managers</li><li>Completes appropriate maintenance records in an accurately and timely manner</li><li>Performs assigned daily inspections and building rounds</li><li>Assists with troubleshooting and basic repairs of buildings and installed systems, including&#xa0;plumbing, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, drains, and HVAC</li><li>Assists with maintaining lighting systems throughout the facility, maintaining fixtures, and replacing bulbs and lamps</li><li>Observes how to use electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot and correct problems</li><li>Performs manual labor tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials</li><li>Understands and follows&#xa0;manuals, and reads and interprets circuit diagrams, blueprints, and schematics</li><li>Provides excellent customer service and respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed with ability to know when to escalate</li><li>Observes and adheres to safety and health rules by following proper LOTO, PPE, ergonomics, working at heights and machine guarding</li><li>Complies&#xa0;with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and company directives related to building operations and work safety</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>",
