          "text": "<p>Using basic policies and procedures established in Paradise Gift Shop/Hotel, assist guests with purchases while maintaining a clean store appearance.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)</strong></p><ul><li>Walk up to guest, talk to them and assist guests with any item wanted. (Kneel to check items at a low point or use step ladder to pick up items from high point) and direct them to wherever they need to go.</li><li>Continuously walking/standing within guest proximity to provide immediate feedback on product knowledge, loss prevention and performing department operations for productivity.</li><li>Using cleaning equipment, kneel, stretch and bend to dust&#xa0; store while using step ladder to climb to higher location to pick up merchandise to hang, steam and ticket to place on sales.</li><li>Use basic procedures established in the Shop; communicate with guests to help them purchase items while still maintaining a clean store appearance.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Performance Requirements: (Knowledge, skills and abilities)</strong></p><ul><li>Answer the multi-line telephone and provide information as needed.</li><li>Listen and respond to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice, answer questions and offer assistance giving accurate information regarding outlet hours, other hotel services, directions to local attractions or function rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle service, etc..</li><li>Respond to guest inquiries.&#xa0; Provide guest satisfaction through assistance, direction and information within hotel guidelines.</li><li>Ability to listen effectively, read, write, speak and understand the English language clearly to ascertain and document important information, to follow written and/or verbal instructions, to provide clear direction/guidance and to communicate with other employees/management.</li><li>Basic mathematical skills necessary to operate a cash register make change, total guest checks, count total bank, prepare cash drops, and total all other charges.</li><li>Check station before, during and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness.</li><li>\"CLEAN AS YOU GO\" -- Keep your workstation neat and orderly, and perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products, as assigned, to adhere to standards.</li><li>Detailed recording keeping in English is required for logs and inspection sheets.</li><li>Respond to guest complaints in a positive manner, negotiate a compromise and implement a solution.</li><li>Ability to effectively deal with internal/external customers, some of whom will require patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and solve customer concerns.</li><li>Ability to operate store without direct supervision at all times.</li><li>Ability to maintain attendance in conformance with standards.</li><li>Ability to maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.</li></ul>",
