You will also collaborate closely with our referral sources to maintain strong partnerships and uphold our commitment to exceptional service.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This is not a remote position.</em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Quality Assurance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Conduct in-home quality assurance visits per agency guidelines</li>\n <li>Complete quality assurance phone calls per agency guidelines</li>\n <li>Investigate and resolve client complaints and incidents, ensuring timely and effective communication and corrective action</li>\n <li>Prepare quality reports and present findings as requested</li>\n <li>Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure best possible results</li>\n <li>Provide in-home caregiver services as requested</li>\n <li>Document all activities and communication per company guidelines</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Training & Development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate and deliver orientation and ongoing training sessions for new and existing care providers</li>\n <li>Coordinate and report training compliance for care providers</li>\n <li>Ensure new care provider skill competency – both in-home and skills lab settings</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Community & Referral Collaboration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Build and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, workforce development agencies and referral sources</li>\n <li>Communicate with referral and recruiting sources according to agency standards and protocol</li>\n <li>Attend community and referral source meetings as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate training schedules, community events and urgent quality issues</li>\n <li>Valid driver license and access to a reliable vehicle to travel to client homes, community events, training locations and all other required locations when needed</li>\n <li>Experience in caregiving or caregiver training</li>\n <li>Strong problem solving and communication skills</li>\n <li>Ability to deliver engaging and effective training sessions</li>\n <li>Ability to bend and lift 50lbs </li>\n <li>Fluency in both English and Spanish</li>\n <li>Experience working with the Developmentally Disabled population preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>18+ years old</li>\n <li>US work authorization</li>\n <li>Ability to pass a background check and reference check</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em>We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination/harassment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Posted Min Pay Rate</h2>USD $24.55/Hr.\n<h2>Posted Max Pay Rate</h2>",
