    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>A lovely European family seeks a wonderful night newborn specialist to join them in San Diego from mid July to approximately end August/early September this year.  Ideally, the family would love to find a live-out candidate local to the area who can offer overnight support with some ad-hoc hours during the day.  The role will likely be 6 or 7 nights per week for the first couple of weeks, and then 5 or 6 nights per week for the rest of the assignment.  Flexibility would be very much appreciated!</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Prioritizing the safety and well-being of the baby at all times</li>\n <li>Providing professional guidance and advice in relation to baby's care</li>\n <li>Working in a supportive and collaborative way with the parents, respecting the family's personal preferences</li>\n <li>Implementing an effective sleep and feeding routine that the parents can continue once the contract has finished</li>\n <li>Full-charge care, when/if required</li>\n <li>Light housekeeping, tidying, and organising relating to the newborn</li>\n <li>Helping set up the newborn's area, organizing clothes, and generally getting things ready for the arrival</li>\n <li>Cleaning and sanitizing feeding equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Requirements</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Warm, positive, pitch-in mind-set</li>\n <li>Flexible and adaptable approach- there will be lots of moving parts and changing schedules, so it's essential that the candidate can cope with this</li>\n <li>Calm, easy-going personality</li>\n <li>Confident in all aspects of newborn care and family support, with extensive prior experience </li>\n <li>Available for the full 6-8 weeks</li>\n <li>Flexible around hours and schedule</li>\n <li>Comfortable nurturing and developing a positive relationship between older siblings and the newborn</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Salary and Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>From $40/hr, DOE</li>\n</ul>",
