This role goes beyond traditional FP&amp;A and is ideal for someone who thrives in a project-based environment, can work independently, and is motivated to take ownership of initiatives from concept through execution.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This individual will act as a financial bridge to operations, supporting plant-level performance, cost visibility, and strategic decision-making. The role will also contribute to process improvements, pricing strategies, and financial modeling that drive profitability and operational efficiency. This position will work on-site at our Seneca, SC location, with the option to work a hybrid schedule after training period is complete.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Act as a primary liaison between manufacturing and finance, translating operational activity into financial insight and actionable recommendations</li><li>Lead and execute cross-functional projects, with the ability to take ownership, define scope, and drive results independently</li><li>Analyze manufacturing costs, variances, and efficiencies, providing visibility into labor, materials, and overhead performance</li><li>Prepare and deliver monthly financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and performance insights</li><li>Develop, track, and enhance KPIs that drive operational and financial performance</li><li>Partner with operations leadership to improve cost control, productivity, and margin expansion</li><li>Support and enhance pricing strategies through data-driven analysis and collaboration with sales and marketing</li><li>Assist in the development of financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses for strategic initiatives and capital investments</li><li>Collaborate with IT and BI teams to improve data accessibility, reporting automation, and dashboarding</li><li>Support financial reporting and presentations for leadership, including board materials and strategic updates</li><li>Supports cross-functional activities in the finance departments as needed for invoicing, collections and payables</li><li>Participating in process improvement initiatives to increase scalability and efficiency within the finance function</li><li>Contribute to M&amp;A readiness and integration efforts, as applicable</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li>Between 1-5 years of experience in FP&amp;A, financial analysis, or accounting</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred</li><li>Demonstrated ability to own and drive projects independently with minimal supervision</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect operational drivers to financial outcomes</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced Formulas, Macros, PivotTables, etc.)</li><li>Experience with ERP(D365) and BI tools (Power BI, Cognos, or similar) preferred</li><li>Auditing experience is a plus</li><li>CPA (or progress toward CPA) is considered a strong asset</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong><u>Key Competencies:</u></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Self-starter with a high level of ownership and accountability</li><li>Strong business partnering skills, particularly with non-finance teams</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization</li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and continuous improvement</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><s>&nbsp;</s></p>\n",
