This position is also responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of SERVPRO equipment and service vehicles. By providing quality, consistent, and efficient work, the Restoration Technician represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Primary Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Inventory and load work vehicles with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and ensure equipment is clean and presentable.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, including staging and equipment setup.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform restoration processes as directed by the Restoration Supervisor and Restoration Manager.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Follow all safety and risk management guidelines at all times.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Communicate effectively with supervisors and other technicians to maintain efficient workflow.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown. Leave jobsite in a clean and orderly condition.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain an organized warehouse space; clean and maintain the warehouse, office, and grounds as assigned.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Continue developing expertise in restoration services, cleaning products, and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform other duties as assigned by employer.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Education and Experience Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">High school diploma/GED preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">IICRC certifications preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong work ethic and reliability.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong oral communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical and Work Environment Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Regularly lift 50 pounds independently; occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, sit, and drive for extended periods.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work in confined spaces (crawl spaces, attics) and at ceiling heights.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work with and around cleaning chemicals.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Frequently exposed to fumes, airborne particles, loud environments, heat, and noxious odors.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">May be required to wear a respirator for safety.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Work Schedule and Travel</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Additional hours, including evenings, overnights, and weekends, may be required.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Local travel is required; some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.</span></li>\n</ul>",
