    "description": "<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. </span></em></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. </span></em></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">No agencies please.</span></em></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>USAN is seeking a driven individual to join our team as a Software QA Analyst. <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This entry-level / junior position</span> provides direct support in building custom IVR applications to help our customers more effectively achieve their mission. The Software QA Analyst tests and validates IVR call flows, customer portals, agent desktop &amp; mobile applications, and customer engagement software products through multiple releases.  </p>\n<p><br>The Software QA Analyst is instrumental in improving quality, functionality, reliability, and usability of software products. The successful candidate will have strong verbal &amp; written communication skills, critical thinking skills, and a strong desire for continuous learning.<br>Duties <br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Write and execute test cases based on product specifications and software requirements to ensure quality of the customer experience for IVR applications</li>\n<li>Perform thorough &amp; efficient test case execution and defect reporting </li>\n<li>Test web-based applications that utilize the following technologies: HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Sencha ExtJS</li>\n<li>Consult with product development team to evaluate system interfaces, operational requirements, and performance requirements of overall system </li>\n<li>Recommend design improvements or corrections to software developers and business analysts throughout the development process </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Basic Qualifications </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>1-2 years experience.</li>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), or another technical-related field. </li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span> The candidate must communicate with all levels of the organization including team members, management, customers and third-party vendors </li>\n<li>Must work well in fast-paced, customer and deadline driven environment with minimal supervision and demonstrate initiative and good judgment </li>\n<li>Strong technical and analytical skills </li>\n<li>Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate effective time-management skills to comply with project deadlines </li>\n<li>Must be very detail-oriented </li>\n<li>Must be efficient with Microsoft Office 365 products (Outlook, Word, Excel)</li>\n<li>Must be Fluent in Spanish</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems </li>\n<li>Background in SDLC</li>\n<li>Experience with IVRs</li>\n<li>1-2 years of Software Quality Assurance experience </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Benefits: </span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Competitive compensation program </li>\n<li>Outstanding benefits package (including medical, dental, vision and life insurance) </li>\n<li>401(k) plan </li>\n<li>Excellent holiday/vacation plans </li>\n<li>Employee Referral Bonus Program </li>\n<li>Annual performance-based bonus </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: inherit\">Company Description</span></span><br></p>\n<p><span>United States Advanced Network, In.
