    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>At Flanigan’s, we strive to bring together warm, caring, friendly, outgoing people, who find joy in serving others. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows all company safety and sanitation policies and  procedural training</li>\n <li>Support fellow employees in maintaining table appearance, food/drink running, etc. as needed</li>\n <li>Be knowledgeable regarding Food & Beverage menus and items, current food and/or drink promotions and specials, and answer guests’ questions verbally and clearly                           </li>\n <li>Accurately enter orders into POS system</li>\n <li>Retrieve food or drink orders from kitchen or bar area, and deliver them to guests in a timely manner                          </li>\n <li>Collect guests’ payments (credit cards, cash, or gift cards only), ensure transactions are correct using POS efficiently, calculate and deliver correct change to guests in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, assigned sidework                            </li>\n <li>Pack and verfy all ToGo orders with guest</li>\n <li>Greet guests at the curbside pickup area                        </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Can physically stand/walk 100% of shift                         </li>\n <li>Can reach, bend, stoop frequently                         </li>\n <li>Able to deliver plates, and clear tables of plates and glasses, which may require lifting up to 50 lbs</li>\n <li>Ability to speak, read and write English                        </li>\n <li>Ability to read and write handwritten guest checks, notes, etc                         </li>\n <li>Complete and pass Florida Responsible Vendor program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes                    </li>\n <li>Complete and pass food safety certification program, in compliance with Flanigan’s and Florida statutes</li>\n <li>Ability to work flexible hours</li>\n <li>Work in a fast paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Five (5) Day Work Week</li>\n <li>Paid Vacation: One Week after Year One, Two Weeks after Two Years, and Three Weeks after Ten Years </li>\n <li>Health Insurance – Medical & Dental Programs Available </li>\n <li>401K Plan – Immediate Eligibility.
