As one of our new <strong>Retail Stock Coordinators</strong>, you’ll play a vital guest-facing role, dynamic and fast paced. </p>\n<p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p>\n<p>The <strong>Retail Stock Coordinator</strong> plays a key role in supporting the guest experience by keeping retail locations stocked, organized, and guest-ready. This position focuses on daily stock processing, sales-floor replenishment, inventory control, and maintaining strong merchandise presentations, while ensuring a safe and clean work environment. This is a <strong>high-energy, collaborative team environment</strong> with a strong emphasis on teamwork. Shifts begin with a team meeting to review daily goals, promotions, and assignments. This is a seasonal, part-time role.</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Merchandise Management</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Stock shelves, displays, and fixtures in an organized and visually appealing manner</li>\n <li>Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to leadership</li>\n <li>Unpack, tag, and price new merchandise</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate inventory records as directed</li>\n <li>Participate in small- and large-scale floor moves</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Stock Processing</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Accurately check incoming deliveries and report discrepancies according to policy</li>\n <li>Organize and store backstock in stockrooms, sheds, and/or containers</li>\n <li>Support merchandising standards and visual presentations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Inventory Control</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in inventory control processes and department-wide stock takes</li>\n <li>Complete cycle counts, high-ticket counts, store-to-store transfers, and damaged merchandise processing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Store Maintenance</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Arrange displays for featured items and seasonal promotions, including setting digital tags</li>\n <li>Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment</li>\n <li>Meet productivity expectations for speed, accuracy, and presentation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Sales & Guest Service (as needed)</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist guests with locating and selecting merchandise</li>\n <li>Provide basic product information including pricing, promotions, and availability</li>\n <li>Operate POS systems, including verifying pricing and scan accuracy</li>\n <li>Answer guest questions and connect them with retail associates when additional support is needed</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>About You</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Minimum age:</strong> 16 years old</li>\n <li><strong>Availability:</strong> Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Heavy emphasis on <strong>weekend availability</strong> </li>\n  <li>Must be available to work from season start through <strong>Labor Day</strong></li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Experience:</strong> Retail, stock, sales, or customer service experience preferred, but not required</li>\n <li><strong>Physical requirements:</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Ability to stand for long periods</li>\n  <li>Lift up to 25 pounds</li>\n  <li>Perform repetitive motions</li>\n </ul>\n <li><strong>Skills:</strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li>Strong verbal communication skills</li>\n  <li>High attention to detail</li>\n  <li>Team-oriented with a positive, guest-focused attitude</li>\n </ul>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>USD $16.25/Hr.",
