They are the eyes and ears at our venues and ensure all league games run smoothly. We are currently looking for responsible, reliable, and outgoing individuals to act as League Ambassadors for JAM Sports.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">JAM Sports Ambassadors are responsible for:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Engaging with players each and every shift to ensure they are having the best possible experience before, during, and after games</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Establishing a relationship with vendors, facilities, and the community to support our growing brand</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Arriving at the venue location prior to game times to meet with the facility caretaker and/or venue staff</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Setting up equipment for the sport that will be played that evening</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Managing the venue throughout the course of the night to ensure that our players enter &amp; exit the building at the appropriate times and through the appropriate doors</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Ensuring that all games start and end at the correct times</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Enforcing league rules and sportsmanship to create safe play during games</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Assisting with any incidents and injuries as appropriate </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Cleaning up the facility and packing up all equipment at the end of the night</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Submitting a shift report through our online system after each shift </span></li>\n<li><span>Collecting and creating fun content for JAM's social media platforms (videos, action shots, player interactions etc.)</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">High Energy </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Extremely upbeat and positive, with their own flair and personality!</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Willingness to approach and chat with players and maintain this positive relationship over the course of the season.</span></li>\n<li><span>You like capturing fun content around you (videos, pictures, conducting social media campaigns etc.)</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Details, Details, Details </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Taking care of the little details first makes putting on a big show easy!</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Must have incredible attention to detail and be a quick learner! </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Go Getter </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Be confident and motivated to call on and/or meet/work/deal with players, head office staff, and facility staff.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Hardworking attitude. You’ll need to have strong self-monitoring skills and strong public speaking skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">You will need to be able to clearly articulate and summarize your shifts in writing through a shift report that is expected to be submitted online after each and every shift.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Knowledge of a wide variety of sports rules and formats is an asset!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Quick On Your Feet </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Confidence in your ability to take control of a situation with a flair for being resourceful.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Strengths in planning, decision making, and creative problem solving.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">EXPECTED HOURS</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Our leagues run Monday to Friday from roughly 5:45 pm until 12:00 am with some Saturday and Sunday shifts available as well (shifts will vary based on game times at a given venue).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Shift times are typically between 3 to 6 hours long depending on the venue.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Hours will vary depending on your availability, but preferences will be given to those who are committed to working consistent shifts on multiple evenings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Responsibilities/times/locations all vary depending on your availability.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">COMPENSATION</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">All of our League Ambassadors earn $15USD per hour to start. We have created a very clear hourly increase plan that showcases how you can achieve future hourly rate increases based on the number of shifts you have worked.
