Hours are not to exceed 30 hours per week. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Financial Reporting & Analysis:</strong> Assist in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reporting, highlighting variances between actual results and forecast targets.</li>\n <li><strong>Sales Commissions & Incentives:</strong> Support the administration and calculation of sales commission structures and track achievement against targets.</li>\n <li><strong>Process Optimization:</strong> Identify bottlenecks in current reporting workflows and propose automated or streamlined solutions to improve efficiency.</li>\n <li><strong>Ad-Hoc Projects:</strong> Conduct market research, competitor analysis, or deep-dive financial modeling to support strategic growth initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Knowledge and Skills</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Technical Savvy:</strong> Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Index/Match, data visualization).</li>\n <li><strong>Analytical Mindset:</strong> Strong quantitative skills with the ability to spot trends, anomalies, and stories within large datasets.</li>\n <li><strong>Communication:</strong> Ability to break down complex financial concepts into clear, digestible insights for non-finance stakeholders.</li>\n <li><strong>Drive & Curiosity:</strong> A self-starter mentality with a keen desire to learn corporate finance dynamics in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Education and Experience</h2>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>Education:</strong> Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.</li>\n</ul>",
