    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>To build and strengthen the character of Jr. and Sr. High School students through structured and recreational basketball.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Teach the students how to play/respect the game of basketball, enforcing the rules.</li>\n <li>Develop and run a 2-hour basketball program 1-2 times a week for youth ages 13-19.</li>\n <li>Develop and run a 2-hour basketball program once a week for youth ages 9-12.</li>\n <li>Responsible for keeping the stats and submitting them to the Corps Officer at the end of each month.</li>\n <li>Responsible for handling the Registration of the participants prior to the start of the program.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the cleanliness of the gymnasium, hallways, and restroom facilities throughout the Corps building.</li>\n <li>Responsible for notifying the Youth Ministry Coordinator of any issues.</li>\n <li>Responsible for reporting to the Youth Ministry Coordinator of any problems, injuries, or incidents involving the property, program and/or the participants.</li>\n <li>The Basketball Coach reports directly to the Corps Officers regarding all youth and family recreation related issues</li>\n <li>The Basketball Coach is responsible for maintaining a safe and structured environment by following the Keepsafe policies.</li>\n <li> <strong><em>(Reasonable accommodation may be provided to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions).</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma and/or experience with basketball coaching</li>\n <li>Good communication skills (written and verbal)</li>\n <li>Attention to detail.</li>\n <li>Problem-solving and assessment with the ability to multitask.</li>\n <li>Work as a team player as well as independently</li>\n <li>Good organizational skills, writing skills, and communication skills are a must.</li>\n <li>Has respect and consideration for the people being served.  </li>\n</ul>",
