This role is located in&nbsp;<strong>Berwyn, PA or New York</strong>.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead a critical engineering portfolio across the Managed Account Solutions Platform, setting direction for execution, modernization, and delivery performance</li>\n <li>Build and lead global engineering teams, ensuring strong organizational design, technical capability, and alignment to platform priorities</li>\n <li>Drive delivery of scalable, resilient, and secure technology solutions that improve business outcomes, client experience, and operational efficiency</li>\n <li>Partner across Product, Architecture, Operations, Risk, and business leadership to align engineering investments with strategic priorities and client needs</li>\n <li>Advance engineering excellence through modern software practices, stronger quality disciplines, and improved delivery rigor across the portfolio</li>\n <li>Identify and scale opportunities to apply automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve engineering productivity, workflow efficiency, and service outcomes</li>\n <li>Lead risk, control, and operational oversight across the portfolio, ensuring strong governance, resilience, and execution discipline</li>\n <li>Manage budgets, workforce planning, and investment priorities to deliver against strategic plans</li>\n <li>Recruit, develop, and retain strong engineering talent, while fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement</li>\n <li>Represent the organization in senior leadership forums, translating engineering priorities into clear business value and execution outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>15+ years of experience leading large-scale engineering organizations and complex technology portfolios in large, complex enterprise environments</li>\n <li>Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>Strong track record of delivering modernization, platform transformation, and engineering execution at scale</li>\n <li>Deep technical grounding in enterprise software engineering, distributed systems, integration patterns, APIs, cloud-enabled architecture, and resilient platform design</li>\n <li>Deep technical hands-on experience with Java and Oracle</li>\n <li>Demonstrated experience leading global engineering teams in complex, matrixed environments</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of software delivery, engineering quality, operational controls, and risk management in high-availability environments</li>\n <li>Experience applying automation and AI-enabled capabilities to improve engineering productivity, delivery quality, operational efficiency, or service outcomes</li>\n <li>Strong business and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to influence engineering, product, architecture, operations, risk, and senior business partners</li>\n <li>Track record of building high-performing teams and developing strong engineering leaders</li>\n <li>Experience in financial services, custody, securities processing, or similarly regulated environments preferred</li>\n <li>Experienced in meeting with clients to demonstrate platform capabilities and effectively communicate future road maps</li>\n <li>Experienced working in a complex environment with stringent cyber security standards</li>\n <li>Embraces change and lean into challenging technical and client related problem solving</li>\n</ul>",
