The person will lead and is responsible globally for platform development with the technical team and cross functional teams (Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality etc.).\n The job holder leads and coordinates global module teams, requiring strong leadership skills and the ability to manage in a matrix organization, following and monitoring the development activity. Leadership skills are required for this position, leading the engineering team delivering new features and solving problems. Strong influence on the strategic roadmap of product developments and is a key interface between the involved functions. Furthermore, the necessary competence for solving non expected and critical problems generates an enormous added value for the whole organization. The Platform Lead Engineer position requests strong Project management skills as he is accountable for the NPI activities and responsible for achieving the QCT target.
